Shahjeeara (Caraway Seeds) is the black assortment of cumin seeds. The fruits, frequently used whole, have a pungent, anise-like flavour and smell that comes from important oils, frequently carvone and limonene. Caraway is also utilized in liquors, desserts, curry, casseroles and other foods. They have enjoyable odour, fragrant flavour, somewhat sharp flavour and leave a somewhat hot feeling in the mouth.
